Monitoring the sea surface

Radar waves reflected from the sea surface are a valuable source of information. They are governed by the sea surface roughness wich, in turn, is determined by the wind, waves, oil contamination, and even by topographic features of the sea bottom. SeaDarQ has developed a radar sensor that extracts this information.

The company called SeaDarQ has been set up for commercialisation and sales of their products. The two main productlines are "Spill Master", for monitoring of oil spills and "Ocean master", for hydrographical information extraction.
